Using UCN Mail means you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using UCN Mail's website, applications, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, trial users, and paying subscribers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility
Who can use UCN Mail.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), and control or be authorised to administer the domain(s) you connect, to use the Service.
Account & Security
Your account is your responsibility.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, including mailboxes you create.
Domain Verification
You must own or be authorised to configure DNS for any domain you connect to UCN Mail.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Acceptable Use
What you may and may not do.
UCN Mail is provided to send and receive legitimate email for your domain. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or phishing content
- Distributing malware, ransomware, or malicious attachments
- Relaying mail on behalf of unrelated third parties without authorisation
- Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law
- Infringing any intellectual property or proprietary rights
Violations of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate mailbox suspension or account termination without refund, and may affect deliverability for other users sharing our infrastructure.
Subscription & Billing
How plans, mailboxes, and billing work.
UCN Mail is offered on paid subscription plans billed per mailbox. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand.
Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support if you believe you were billed in error.
Service Availability
Uptime and maintenance windows.
We strive for high mail delivery uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency patches, and events outside our control may cause temporary disruptions.
- Planned maintenance windows will be announced in advance where possible
- Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice
- UCN Mail is not liable for losses caused by downtime beyond reasonable control
Intellectual Property
What belongs to us and what belongs to you.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with UCN Mail are the exclusive property of UCN Mail or its licensors. You retain full ownership of any mail and data you transmit through the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law

Which laws govern these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
