Business email on your own domain, configured for deliverability from the first message. Authentication, filtering, and DNS records are handled for you.
A client, supplier, or bank that receives an invoice from a free personal mailbox reads it as unpolished, not professional. In Thailand's business environment, a domain-matched email address is one of the simplest signals that a company is properly established and worth trusting with a contract. Professional email is a small investment that pays back in credibility every time a message is opened.
Thai authorities recorded around 887,000 cybercrime complaints between January and November 2025, with total reported losses exceeding 89 billion baht — a roughly 45% rise from 2024. The Global Anti-Scam Alliance separately found that 72% of Thai adults encountered a scam attempt in 2025, with 60% actually scammed. Email itself has already been a direct vector for large-scale exposure: Thailand's Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) investigated an incident in which a mass-email service provider was compromised and exploited to send phishing emails to more than one million users, putting the personal data tied to those email lists at risk.
Mailbox providers score every sending domain before a message reaches an inbox. A domain without SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication looks unverified to these filters and gets routed to spam or blocked outright, regardless of how legitimate the sender is. Every quote, invoice, or follow-up lost this way is business the company never knew it lost.
Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) requires organizations to implement "appropriate security measures" for personal data, with the Electronic Transactions Development Agency's (ETDA) Digital Identity Guideline used as a national benchmark for what that means in practice, covering areas like authentication and encrypted communications. Online fraud is separately governed by the Emergency Decree on Measures for the Prevention and Suppression of Technology Crimes, amended in 2025 to strengthen cooperation among financial institutions, telecom companies, and digital platforms. Business email, which routinely carries customer records, contracts, and financial correspondence, falls within the scope of the PDPA for organizations handling that data.
Every week spent on an unverified or personal mailbox adds to the risk of impersonation, blocked mail, and fraud. Thai businesses should move to a verified company domain, implement SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication, and require phone verification for any payment or bank-detail change requested by email. UCN Mail is built to make that shift straightforward — professional email with the authentication, security, and reliability a Thai business needs to be trusted and reach the inbox.

Thais Faced 173 Million Scam Attempts Last Year
Whoscall's 2025 annual report found Thailand among Asia's most heavily targeted markets, logging roughly 173 million scam calls and fraudulent messages — and business-directed scams, including invoice fraud and fake company representatives impersonating suppliers, now account for a meaningful share of reported losses. A properly authenticated business domain makes it much harder for a scammer to convincingly pose as your business or a trusted supplier in these schemes.
A ฿7 Million PDPA Fine Was Linked to a Data Leak Used in Call Center Scams
Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) issued its first major fine — THB 7 million — over a customer data leak that was later exploited by call center scam operations, and the regulator has continued expanding active enforcement through its "PDPC Eagle Eye" monitoring. Small businesses do get some relief — SME data controllers were exempted from formal recordkeeping requirements starting in 2025 — but the underlying duty to secure personal data, including what sits in a business inbox, still applies.
Tourism and Hospitality SMEs Run on Fast, Reliable Email
Tourism remains one of Thailand's largest economic engines, and the small hotels, tour operators, and hospitality businesses built around it depend heavily on quick, professional email exchanges with international guests and booking platforms. For a business competing for bookings against larger hotel chains, a domain-matched email address is a small signal that can make a real difference in a traveler's trust.
A Free Hotmail or Gmail Address Still Looks Informal
Many small Thai businesses still run bookings, quotes, and client contact through a personal Gmail or Hotmail address, which can look casual next to a competitor emailing from [email protected]. A dedicated domain address is a low-cost way to look as established as the business actually is.
Getting Started: What You'll Need
Have your domain name ready (or one to register), a short list of who needs a mailbox, and about 15–20 minutes to update your domain's DNS records with your registrar. UCN Mail handles domain verification and authentication setup, so your bookings and client correspondence land reliably — and are far harder for a scammer to convincingly spoof.
Included in every tier, at no extra cost.
Billing is per mailbox — add mailboxes on any tier as your team grows, and change a mailbox's tier anytime from your dashboard. There's no separate account-wide plan to manage.
